Our Process
Our process is designed to make the experience as efficient as possible for both you, our client, and for us.
The objetive is to minimize wasted expense and to give you the best possible end result.
1st Consultation
Contact us either by call or select one of the three budget tabs, which will then take you to our easy to use contact request form, complete the form and click submit. We will contact you within 24 Hrs.
First Meeting
At a scheduled time, we come to your premises, measure up all the walls, discuss your needs and allow you to choose colours from our large range of samples. We also cover do's & dont's, kitchen layout and planning.
Initial 3D Design
We then leave your premises and continue working on your design. We create a basic layout of the kitchen as discussed using all the colours chosen and incorporating all your needs and wants.
2nd Meeting

Deposit
We require a 60% deposit on acceptance of the quotation.
2 service options determines how the balance of payment is made:
If installation is required then 20% payment is requested once cupboards are delivered on site.
Final payment is requested once kitchen installation is completed and signed off by you, the client.
DIY systems are required to be paid in full upon placing your order.
Installation
Once all cupboards are manufactured and neatly wrapped, we deliver them to the site where a site foreman or client themselves will have to check the quantities and sign the delivery note. Once the delivery note is signed, the second payment is due (20%). Installation will commence the following day. Our trained installer will arrive on site and begin installation of the cupboards as per plan and drawing approved by the client. After the carcasses are fitted we will continue to install the chosen worktops.
